At The Oval Closet, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Sizing

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
